Tebis4.0 優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)說(shuō)明
1 公認(rèn)的tebis的速度很快。 轉(zhuǎn)圖速度快,特別是與CATIA基本上無(wú)縫結(jié)合,轉(zhuǎn)大圖檔的話基本把cim和ug甩在后面。算刀路速度快,對(duì)大模二次開(kāi)粗優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。
2 刀路安全,刀路算出來(lái)是實(shí)實(shí)在在的圖素,不像ug玩虛的。 所以就算是2d刀路,就算圖檔是曲面,
(tebis里面沒(méi)實(shí)體)也可以檢測(cè)是否過(guò)切,強(qiáng)悍的要死,誤差不超過(guò)0.05。
3 tebis走橫向進(jìn)給的時(shí)候可以走S型,讓刀路沒(méi)有突然變向,cim和ug沒(méi)見(jiàn)過(guò),可能是我不會(huì)用,相對(duì)抬刀很安全。而且G00 不是在平面上,可以走斜線,真正的相對(duì)抬刀。
4 用等高來(lái)進(jìn)行封閉槽的開(kāi)粗的話,可以一直螺旋著下去,避免z向扎刀,cim三軸好像不太好辦吧,ug刀路不理想。
5 tebis自帶了十幾種控制器的后處理,夠用了。
6 tebis是個(gè)非參數(shù)話的軟件,所以如果你生成刀路后想更改參數(shù)小調(diào)整一下刀路的話,對(duì)不起,請(qǐng)重新作好了。但因?yàn)榉菂,所以你可以很方便的進(jìn)行刀路旋轉(zhuǎn),平移,鏡像,甚至你可以對(duì)模型進(jìn)行修改,刪除,這在ug和cim中簡(jiǎn)直不可想像,如果你編程坐標(biāo)系變了,你甚至只要重新建個(gè)座標(biāo),后處理的時(shí)候選擇一下這個(gè)座標(biāo)系就好了,
7 如果你的機(jī)床可以自動(dòng)對(duì)零件進(jìn)行測(cè)量校驗(yàn)的話,tebis可以為檢測(cè)頭編制測(cè)量路徑。這個(gè)我也沒(méi)用過(guò),只是看幫助玩了一下,唉,省了去三次元了。
8 開(kāi)粗刀路實(shí)時(shí)生成毛胚,逼真的要死,比cim的那個(gè)remain stock要好很多。因?yàn)槭菍?shí)時(shí)生成毛胚體,所以不需要什么多軸毛胚功能了,自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。不過(guò)這個(gè)毛胚只能在開(kāi)粗時(shí)用,精工刀路無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)毛胚更新,這點(diǎn)要比cim弱。
9 tebis的清角 刀路夠漂亮,tebis可以在生成刀路之前就對(duì)刀路的范圍進(jìn)行編輯。任何刀路都可以,cim應(yīng)該辦不到,ug的清角可以作,但是與tebis有一定差距。
9 tebis對(duì)圖素的管理弱的一蹋糊涂,圖層的操作比cim和ug遜色不少。刀路的組織管理也僅僅靠層。一個(gè)刀路放在一個(gè)層里,讓人大跌眼鏡,要是還象ug和cim一樣作刀路的話,非死掉不行。2D刀路感覺(jué)特別特別的不方便,也有可能我還沒(méi)摸到門(mén),設(shè)計(jì)功能幾乎可以忽略不計(jì),測(cè)量功能也用著不爽。作小東西譬如鑲件,滑塊之類的會(huì)是很累的工作,沒(méi)法作模板,加工電極也是個(gè)麻煩事,nc中貌似沒(méi)有夾頭功能。所以說(shuō)弱點(diǎn)也很明顯,不過(guò)以上言論有個(gè)前提,我用的是比較老的版本,新版本沒(méi)見(jiàn)過(guò),應(yīng)該上面問(wèn)題都解決了吧。
